![]() The abundance of bonesharks pose an active threat to Seamoths and Prawn Suits. Wreck 4 is located in the Underwater Islands, suspended by two of the islands. The Underwater Islands border one of the Mushroom Forests, Mountains, one of the Kelp Forests, the Northern Blood Kelp Zone, and one of the Grassy Plateaus. Large Gold Deposits are rarely found near the cliffs around the biome, alongside Limestone Outcrops and Spadefish. Large Resource Deposits of Uraninite and Silver are located at the bottom with the Lava Geysers. Sandstone Outcrops and Shale Outcrops are located on the ground of most of the islands. ![]() Quartz is a common find on both the tops and walls of the islands, with Diamonds occasionally as well. In some places, small streams of sand can be seen flowing down from over the edges of the islands. Occasionally, large chunks of rock can be seen falling down from the islands and disintegrating. Hydrothermal vents can be found on the surface of the largest island, while Lava Geysers can be found in huge numbers on the ocean floor directly underneath the islands. A large ring of broken-off rocks surrounds the largest island. Two of the largest islands have a great variety of life forms and even possess their own separate cave system. Currently, there are eighteen islands in the area, with the size of the many "islands" varying from minuscule to massive. Most of the Underwater Islands rely completely on the buoyancy provided by Ancient Floaters. It also features its own cave system, the Underwater Islands Caves. Bonesharks dwell abundantly here, along with other types of fauna and flora. ![]() With the acquisition of the Cyclops and the Prawn Suit, the player is equipped to move from the Mid-Game to the Late Game phase of Subnautica.The Underwater Islands are a unique biome in Subnautica, featuring multiple and massive rock formations suspended above the ocean floor. Finding the Cyclops Engine Blueprint Fragmentsĭuring your exploration of the Aurora, you may have already acquired some fragments for the Cyclops Engine Blueprint: They have a chance of spawning in the Aurora’s Cargo Bay as well as in the Aurora’s Prawn Bay. Again, a Seabase with a Scanner Room can be helpful in locating both kinds of fragments in this biome. Like the Hull, the fragments for the Cyclops Bridge Blueprint are most easily picked up in the Mushroom Forest Biome. Finding the Cyclops Bridge Blueprint Fragments Because the densely-packed Tree Mushrooms can make this area challenging to search, you may consider setting up a small Seabase with a Scanner Room in order to find them. The most convenient spot to gather the fragments needed for the Cyclops Hull Blueprint is in the Mushroom Forest biome, where they can be found scattered on the seabed. Finding the Cyclops Hull Blueprint Fragments Each of the 3 blueprints requires 3 fragments to complete. In order to construct the Cyclops you will need to gather fragments for 3 separate blueprints, and these fragments are spread across several locations in the map. ![]() It greatly enhances the player’s ability to explore and gather resources in more remote and deeper areas of the map. The Cyclops submarine is the largest submersible vehicle available to the player in Subnautica, and largely functions as a mobile seabase.
